We have provided information below about the type, scope and purpose of collection and use of personal data.

Logging
Every time the pages of our website are accessed, the web servers temporarily save the following information in log files:
- IP address of the requesting computer

- Name, URL and quantity of data transferred of the file called up
- Access status (requested file transferred, not found, etc.)
- Identification data of the browser and operating system used (if sent by the requesting web browser)
- Website from which the website was accessed (if sent by the requesting web browser)

Data in this log file is processed as follows:
- The log entries are continuously automatically analysed and evaluated to recognise access to the web servers and to be able to respond appropriately.
- Manual analysis is performed in some individual cases, i.e. if faults, errors or security incidents are reported.
- Log entries that are older than seven days are anonymised by shortening the IP address.
- The anonymised logs are used to generate access statistics. We locally operate the software used for this.
- We do not merge the IP addresses in the log entries with other databases so that it is not possible to draw conclusions about individual persons.
