This is a 1.5-day course in sports cardiology diagnostics. It covers specific aspects of echocardiography and exercise testing that are unique and important for anyone, who is interested or practices sports cardiology. It will be a very practical and hands-on course. Content will be presented by cases and practically with athletes and patient-athletes on site. ECG, echocardiography as well as exercise testing (CPET and lactate testing) will be performed on-site. Discussions and personal interaction between staff and participants will take a significant portion in order to meet individual needs of participants. Interaction among attendees will be encouraged in order to build up an international sports cardiology group for the future. The course is seen as an adjunct to the EAPC Sports Cardiology Course scheduled on 2 September in Madrid, where background information in sports cardiology is presented. |

SPORTS MEDICINE CONGRESS 2025
Nach den erfolgreichen vergangenen Kongressen freuen wir uns nun bereits auf die vierte Auflage des Olympiastützpunkt Bayern Sport Medicine Congress OSM 2025 am 16. und 17. Mai 2025 im Olympiapark München. Die Olympischen und Paralympischen Spiele sind gerade mit phantastischen Bildern zu Ende gegangen und der Olympiastützpunkt Bayern ist stolz auf die Leistungen der über 60 bayerischen Athletinnen und Athleten. Doch nach Olympia ist bekanntlich vor Olympia und so beginnt bereits jetzt nach den Spielen in Paris die Vorbereitung auf die nächsten Olympischen Winterspiele 2026 in Mailand und Cortina d ´Ampezzo sowie die Olympischen Sommerspiele 2028 in Los Angeles. | Anmeldung
