Statistics show: We are getting older. In order to be able to lead an active and fulfilling life in old age, stuntedness and poor performance of the organism must be prevented, because from the age of 30 the human organism begins to break down muscle mass, which ultimately leads to inactivity atrophy, old age hypoxia and consequently in accidents. For example, in order to reduce the risk of falling in old age, the muscles must be strengthened with regular physical activity that can be easily integrated into everyday life.

After a successfully conducted health-promoting pilot study with 400 participants between the ages of 75 and 104, we have set ourselves the goal of developing a standardized exercise program for senior citizens' facilities in cooperation with the Beisheim Foundation.
